Dennis was formerly a Singapore Bodybuilding Federation Coach. He is patient, fun, observant, and a great motivator, helping numerous men and women achieve their fitness goals, including bulking up & sliming down His strength in fitness training and physique sculpting makes his sessions both enjoyable and rewarding. Satisfied clients always add good comments for his excellence in creating weight loss programmes.
Dennis has a nickname - ‘the talent guru’, as he has successfully groomed champions in both bodybuilding and Strongman competitions using his unique training techniques. He was also invited to coach bodybuilders from Maldives to prepare for the South Asian Bodybuilding Championship in 2005.
Dennis was honorably awarded the Asian Bodybuilding Diploma of Coaching by the Secretary-General of ABBF (Asia Bodybuilding Federation). In addition, he was also awarded the Diploma of Weider Bodybuilding Trainer by the President of IFBB (International Bodybuilding Federation), Mr Ben Weider.
Dennis added another feather to his cap when he was featured on Channel News Asia for the 8th SEA Bodybuilding Championship and guest modelled for a WKRZ 91.3 TV commercial.
