We conduct our trainings any gym that allows external personal trainers, including public gyms, various Hotel Gyms in town, Condo Gyms and various fitness gyms islandwide.Contact us to locate the nearest gym to your home or workplace.
You can also train at the comfort of your own home with minimal or no equipments at all by doing bodyweight exercises, with guidance from your fitness personal trainer.
