Stephanie is passionate in meeting every individual’s goals with a holistic approach. This means maximizing physical performance and mental well-being, not just through training, but also through injury rehabilitation and prevention, dietary guidance, and general lifestyle management. This may include workplace health and ergonomics.
Having worked as a physiotherapist in a tertiary hospital, Stephanie has experience in fitness testing and exercise programming for clients with multiple medical and musculoskeletal conditions, to manage pain and prevent worsening of medical conditions. This includes post-operative cardiac surgeries, knee/hip replacements, sports-related pain, chronic medical issues such as hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, obesity, osteoporosis…
Stephanie also participates actively in a variety of sports, and has even participated in overseas competitions in Korea and Australia. She is currently a practicing 2nd Dan Taekwondo Black Belt, and also rock climbs. Her sporting history includes swimming, tennis, Yongmoodo, and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Having been involved in coaching athletes in both the sporting and medical settings, Stephanie understands the importance of optimizing performance for each individual client’s needs.
