Our Personal Training Package Includes:
1) Decide on whether you want to Sign Up for a full package or do a Paid Trial.
For a paid trial, you will pay for one training session; do the session; and then decide on whether you want to sign up for the full package.
When signing up for a full package, full payment for the package will be made only during the first training session.
2) Choose a Category of personal trainer - Premium, Ultra or Elite. In general, the more experienced and qualified personal trainers will command higher rates. Higher categories of personal trainers are more efficient in helping you achieve your goals.
3) Decide on your Frequency of training per week. To achieve your fitness goals quickly, we strongly advise you to weight train at least 3 times per week, with 4 times per week being the optimal frequency for getting fast results.
4) Choose the Number of Sessions you want to sign up for. Sessions 11-20 entitles you to a 10% discount while sessions 21-30 entitles you to a 15% discount.
5) Choose the Number of People training. We offer group training with up to 2 persons in a group
