Our next Featured Trainer Louis Yiau is also a strength and conditioning specialist. He has worked as an Athlete Physical Conditioning Specialist in the National Sports Council (NSC) of Malaysia for nearly five years and has helped many elite athletes from national teams of various sports get into their best shape and form for competition.

Today Louis is in Singapore in search of more opportunities and is ready to offer his expertise with his many years of high quality experience to help people achieve the best physiques of their lives, be it for competition or not. Louis is well trained in all the important aspects of fitness including weight training, nutrition and rehabilitation. We even think that he might be over qualified as a personal trainer!

*Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) – The CSCS is the only strength training and conditioning certification to be nationally accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA)(USA) and has been nationally accredited since 1993. The prerequisite for obtaining this credential is a Bachelor’s degree. It is considered by many as the highest level of certification for a personal trainer or strength and conditioning coach.
