Nick has been in the fitness industry in Australia and the UK for many years now, and has enjoyed every minute of it. He has the ability to influence his client to enjoy fitness like he does, and stop it being a 'chore'. Nick specialises in weight loss programs, core stability, posture correction, body toning and muscle gain and increases his client's cardio fitness with running and boxing. In order to help his clients achieve their specific goals, fitness assessments are conducted and a tailored program is drafted especially for the client.

There's nothing he likes better than training outdoors (even in the heat of Singapore!); you get the added benefits of body weight exercises, boot camp style training such as running, stair work and pushups amongst other things. There's no better way to lose fat than doing one of his infamous 'killer' runs!

In his spare time, Nick does competitive mountain biking, road cycling, triathlons and running.

  • Personal Trainer Diploma, Future Fit Training London
  • Register of Exercise Professionals Level 3 (UK)
  • Fitness Australia Certified Personal Trainer
  • Senior First Aid
  • Fitness Boxing for Personal Trainers (BoxFit Sydney)
