Antoinette, an avid fitness professional, has conducted many health- and fitness-related workshops and demonstrations to the public, plus appeared on National Radio FM93.8, in magazines such as Women’s Weekly and local newspapers to educate people about health. She specializes in rehabilitation and therapy for niche groups such as senior citizens, pre- and post-natal women and people suffering from conditions like back problems and arthritis.
Ann has more than 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and 9 years in Pilates, Core Training and Yoga.

She is also trained by Polestar Education for Pilates equipment and holds a higher Diploma in Computer Science from Stanford University (UK), and was a Systems /Software consultant for oil industries for 20 years. Currently, she is doing a course in Nutrition in Chinese Medicine with Medboo TCM in Beijing and in The Chiball Method.
Ann was stricken by rheumatoid arthritis in 1992 after the birth of her second child. She could not walk and function properly for 2 years. Steroids were her only relief in those years until her orthopedic surgeon told her that her bones were getting brittle. Ann decided to turn to natural cures and found Yoga. It helped her attain the flexibility and suppleness in her body. Later, when she discovered Pilates and Core Training, she functioned better and even shed the weight that she had been putting on since 1994. Her weight was a hefty 76kg till 2002, when she shed it off through Yoga, Pilates and Core training. Now, she tips the scales at 58kg.
