For those who are suffering from musculoskeletal injuries, cardiopulmonary problems or postural flaws, we are now able to provide professional assessment and come up with an effective treatment plan for you. With us now is a chartered physiotherapist with a Bachelor's degree in Health Science (Physiotherapy) and 5 years of experience.
We can arrange for an initial assessment of your condition by our physiotherapist. He/She will then prescribe exercises for you and your personal trainer will take note of these exercises and have you perform them on subsequent personal training sessions. This one time consultation with our physiotherapist makes it more affordable and ensures that you receive a treatment program that is prescribed by a professional.
Periodic visits to the physiotherapist can then be arranged for her to monitor your progress. Subsequent treatment sessions can also be arranged if manual physiotherapy methods are required to improve your condition.
