I have been training with Alvin for the past 3 years. With my hectic travel schedule, he makes sure I have a good workout and varies the intensity, ex. if I am tired that day or have some discomfort to my muscles, he would regress the exercise. In this way I would still get a good workout without causing injury. I have become leaner and fitter with his changining workout programs. He would bring lots of functional equipments to the gym and train me and make sure the training would be effective and fun. He even train his clients to improve on their motor control as well as enhance their neurological abilities. He is also a therapist who helped me once with my wrist pain. He loves to upgrade himself to serve his clients better. He would asked me after a workout if the session is a good one. Highly recommended trainer.
