Yes and no.

They are humans. But many of them are chemically enhanced humans. I’m not saying all of them, but most are.

It is nearly impossible to achieve a very muscular and very lean body without steroids. The average human body is not capable of building and maintaining that level of muscle mass, regardless of how hard you train or how well you diet and supplement.

This reality applies not just to Hollywood celebrities, but to bodybuilders as well. You simply cannot compete in bodybuilding at a high level without using steroids.

Unrealistic physique standards don’t just influence how bodies are viewed; they shape how people approach training, progress, and success.
