I have always struggled to get into fitness and have tried by myself in the past and quickly given up as I didn’t really know what to do. I went home to the UK for three weeks over Christmas last year and thoroughly indulged, and when I returned to Singapore, I realised I really needed to get fit and take it seriously this time. I didn’t know where to start by myself so decided to try a personal trainer who would come and train me in my condo gym. I did 20 sessions with Kayson and it has been the best investment I have made. I not only feel stronger and fitter, but I feel educated and confident when going into the gym by myself now. Kayson has helped me so much with fitness and nutrition and has given me so many great local tips, which I am extremely grateful for as an expat in Singapore! I would highly recommend personal training to anyone starting out on their fitness journey.
