When I trained by myself in the gym, I found my progress to be slow. My techniques were wrong and I found myself reading the newspaper after a few exercises. Now I exercise with Angelin and do more exercises. Her nutrition advice is also helpful.
By a combination of good diet and exercise, my body fat has decreased and hit a low of 20% at one point compared to 23% when I started. I also can do 32 sit ups in one minute which would allow a 25 year old to pass the IPPT test. I now can do 4 pull-ups when I could not even do one when I started with Angelin. (6 months time)
Overall, I feel healthier and fitter. I can now walk faster, go up steep steps without panting, and also look trimmer!
