Dear Angelin,
First of all, thank you so much for giving me a opportunity to express my appreciation.
The reason for having training is that firstly I am very easily tired,
secondly I want to use condominium health facility and thirdly want to lose my weight in healthy manner. So I decided to start getting PT lesson with you.
By doing training with you I can see myself my body  is changing to be more healthy and also gradually losing weight.
Since I started training 6 months with you, I took back my confidence and my daily life became more energetic and very active.
Now I love to see my perspiring body after my exercise.
I will continuously do my exercise and PT as per your teaching and lesson.
