Kayson was my PT through the journey to get healthier. I started training with him in Nov 2018 to improve my health and to get in shape. I was inching 70kg at that time and wasn’t physically active. I met Kayson twice a week where he tailored training program according to my physical status, increasing the intensity as I got stronger. In addition to using the equipment in the gym, he would alternate with his own training items such as rope, among others to give me variety and make training more interesting. Besides that, he also advised me on dietary change to expedite the process. I lost about 8kg in 3 months and I felt stronger and healthier. Thanks Kayson for the support!
