I’ve been a competitive athlete from a very young age. Represented my schools in Badminton, Track & Field, Basketball and Bowling.

My weight at 56kg then spurred me to take up bodybuilding at the age of 16. 3 years later, my weight peaked at 101.5kg during off-season and back down to 75kg on-season.

I had helped hundreds of clients achieve their desired results with my certified knowledge, positive, attentive and responsible attitude. I would be happy to set a clear direction to what yours should be.

Weight loss and muscular weight gain are what I specialize in.
