With more than 17 years of experience in the fitness and health industry, I’ve seen many aspects of what many consider a fit and healthy life. Personally, I believe the human body can achieve amazing things….as long as a person has the mental toughness to see it through. Most people though, don’t know exactly where to start, or have come to a point in their workout routine that has hit a plateau. On top of this, there’s an increasing number of people who are in constant pain, either through chronic disease, or some sort of injury. That’s where I come in.

My specializations include pre / post natal exercises, post surgery rehab, fat loss and body sculpting, kickboxing fitness, bootcamp classes, muscle building, and training people with special needs.

Qualifications:

  • ACSM Level 1 & 2
  • AFPA Certified Personal Trainer
  • AFPA Certified Trainer for Special Populations
  • TNT Kickboxing Fitness Instructor Levels 1, 2 & 3
  • TRX Suspension Trainer Certified
