Having been in the fitness industry for 8 years and counting. Training my peers and my clients. From the young to the old. Changing physiques and empowering the way we live. All these events, have been life changing moments to me and those whom I have influenced. Fitness training is not just about being in good health and hopefully being able to live longer. IT IS ABOUT HOW WE LIVE OUR LIVES!

To have the CONFIDENCE and ABILITIES to do what we want, whenever we want! Be it sports or dances, sprinting on the tracks to walking with a good posture. This is what fitness training is about!

To start working out in the gym was the best that ever happened to me. It changed my life, my personality and mostly importantly the first impression that i will give to the people whom I will meet. And that gave me a newly found confidence that empowered me to excel in certain aspects of my life.

Best thing is, I started this out as an average joe like many others. I was never a pro athlete but I was able to change myself from a scrawny under-weight teenager to having a lean toned physique. And from this new found belief in myself, I started to influence others. And change they did. All we did was to start learning and trying. Fail and we try harder. Everyone’s bound to get it right someday. It’s the law of averages.

I have been trained under champions to training with the champions. From trying to balance on a beginner windsurfing board to racing with a 75 year old windsurfer on a stormy days. There are never ending possibilities to what we are capable of with ourselves until we are put to the test. With 15 years’ experience of combined training background and training peers and clients, I have found that motivation, mutual understandings and results are the few key aspects to start a long relationship with training one’s body.

I URGE you NOT TO PROCRASTINATE, to give yourself a chance to learn and progress and you will find a NEWER YOU LIVING A FULFILLING LIFE!
