Donald has a rich 9 years of personal training experience. He was previously working as a personal trainer at a mega fitness chain from 2006-2009 and gained a knowledge from that stint.
Donald specializes in guiding both genders for muscle toning and weight loss. With consistent training under him and proper dietary planning, Donald has full confidence that every client he comes across will see fantastic results.
